I don know if this helps but I have a John Thacker Born 1613 in Arundelcastle,Sussex, englandwho immigrated Aug 7,1635 to Va. He had a son Willima Thacker born about 1690 and died in Hanover Co., Va between 1767 and 1768. William had a son named Benjamin born between 1720-1730 in Albemarle Co, Va and died there 4/19/1798. This Benjamin was married to Ruth Bowles, Aggy Agnes Baily and Neffeny Emmerson. I don't have and children except Nathaniel David Pettice Thacker born 3/8/1761 and died Feb 8,1818. Haven found many middle names and there were lots of Johns,Williams, and Nathaniels in the family. Hope this helps.This is my husband's line.
