George had died by 1824 when Betsy age 88 filed for a pension. We know Reuben Bowles was a son of George and Betsy and probable George Jr. We also know that Jeremiah Bowles listed above is not Jeremiah Bowles born 1816. OPPS, George Sr died 1824, Betsy was 88 in 1843. My guess is that George Sr and William Bowles (page 5) were brothers? Would anyone know if William Bowles (page 5) is one of these William Bowles below? One more question, would anyone know if George and William are sons of William Bowles of Carolina Co, VA?
