Charlie, let me see if I have this correct? At this time we have 5 groups of Bowles that were in Barren Co 1800-1830. There has been a DNA test for 3 of the 5 groups. So far there is one group that is very promising to go back to John Bowles and his grandchildren 1719 in New Kent Co, VA. None of the 3 groups match each other.Would I be correct in believing only one group, so far, would connect to John Bowles and his grandchildren and the other 2 groups would be wasting their time trying to find documents to connect to John Bowles and his grandchildren?
