Well it appears that I was premature. As sometimes happens, the first round of testing for some of you did not yield a clear reading on at least one marker. When this happens they re-test that batch which means that you will have to wait a bit longer for the results to arrive. When this happens there is no cause for alarm. As I said, they will re-test that batch which will probably turn out okay. If not, remember that you provided two samples so if the first sample does not yield results then they will test the second sample. And if the worst should happen, then they will send you a new kit without charge. Remember that we want them to be completely accurate, so sometimes we just have to be patient.
