A210 Dear list: This BOWLES is the ones I have been searching for, haven't been able to find anything on who Vardman BOWLES parents were or where they came from, I think his first name was Jeremiah. Could his mother have been a VARDMAN by chance? Have found Vardman and Ann DUVALL BOWLES in the church meetings records of Union Baptist Church at Vertrees, Hardin County, KY. Sometime after they had lived in Big Springs, Hardin County, KY, were listed in the 1850 Census with several children one being my gr. gr. grandmother Marinda BOWLES who married Joseph Eleazor NEVITT.
