Ward decd 1852 Although Thomas S. Ward (my ggg grandfather) left no will, there is plenty of documentation as to what happened to his estate in the Settlement Books. I am including information on the distribution of the estate since so many different names are included. I also have copies of records on the Guardian's settlements for his children. I'd be happy to post if anyone is interested. There are also some unrelated persons whose information is on the same pages as those of my ancestor and I will try to post those as I get them transcribed.
