He was 63. Funeral services were conducted Thursday, Nov. 17 in the Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home by Rev. Marshall Black with burial in Brookside Cemetery. Mr. Farris was born in Taylor County June 11, 1903 son of the late Robert H. Farris and Alice Bowles Farris. He is survived by four sisters and three brothers: Mrs. Edward Buster, Lebanon, Ky., Mrs. Robert Bridges, Mrs. Herman Stubbs, Mrs. Marie Franklin and Omer Farris, all of Campbellsville, Samuel Farris, Louisville and Robert Farris, Rockfort, Ill. Pallbearers were Hammon Cave, William McFarland, Willie Rose, Ancil Romine, W. C. Mitchell and Glenwood Smith. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
