    2. I'm just now getting to my email. I have nothing on the BOWLES you are discussing, but my Dad's maternal grandfather was Hiriam Purcell BOWLES, born 4 Jun 1865 in Sulphur Lick, Monroe County, Kentucky. He had a sister Martha Bess BOWLES born 15 Oct 1861 and a brother William C. BOWLES born ABT 1863. They were the children of Thomas H. BOWLES born ABT 1836 in Kentucky and Rachel Ann JOHNSON born ABT 1835 in Tennessee. Thomas H. BOWLES' parents were from Virginia. Does any of this sound familiar? I have no male BOWLES relatives to try and get to participate in the DNA project. Could he be related to John Bowles who married Celia White since he was buried in the White Cemetery? Since John Bowles and John Fleming Bowles, who lived in same part of Barren Co, Ky, DNA don't match. We could use a DNA test from someone related to this Nathaniel Bowles, Nathaniel Anderson Bowles and William T. Bowles b.abt 1795 to see which group they are related to. Also someone related to Zachariel Bowles listed in Anderson Bowles Will 1811. Leathel, Bowles, Nathaniel b: ABT. 1785 in VA buried in White Cem, Sulphur Lick, Monroe Co, KY
