Roger states, "Sarah Ann was born Aug 16, 1832 in Tennessee and William Joseph was born May 18, 1874 in Arkansas. William Joseph was the son of William H Boles (c1820 Georgia) and Malinda Finley. As you can see there is another Finley connection! The elder William is pretty close in age to Sarah - could they be siblings? Maybe, but I don't know the answer to that." Finley Mrs Sarah Tennessee Finley age 83, native of Izard County died October 7 at her home in Anadarko, Okla. Surviving are her husband, H. C. Finley; five sons, Charley and Harvey Finley both of Hydro, Okla., Elmer Finley of Anadarko, Okla., Mack and Leonard Finley both of Gracemont, Okla., and two daughters, Mrs Mamie Baker of Binger, Okla., and Mrs Cecil Genning of Eureka, Calif. Oct 16, 1947 ’Äì Obituary Mrs Sarah Tennessee Finley, daughter of Mack and Matilda Muncy, was born Oct. 1863, in Izard County, Ark., and departed this life Oct 7, 1947, at Anadarko, Okla., at age of 83 years, 11 months and 14 days. She was united in marriage to H. C. Finley, July 1st 1883. To this union was born ten children: Charley and Harvey of Hydro, Okla.; Elmer of Anadarko, Okla.; Mack and Leonard of Gracemont, Okla.; Mrs Mamie Baker of Binger, Okla.; and Mrs Cecil Genung of Eureka, Calif. These including her husband, are left to mourn her loss. Three daughters, Cora, Ada and Ollie preceded her in death. She was converted and became a member of the Baptist Church at an early age and remained a devoted Christian until the end.
