She was born in Norwich on January 25, 1944. She was the daughter of the late Charles and Helen Kenneth. She is survived by a son, Christopher Noel Bowles of Warrenton Va., a daughter Natalee Dawn Bowles of Bristow Va.; five grandchildren and two sisters, Frances Mclamb of Palm Beach Fl., and Edith Choti of Preston. She was predeceased by two brothers and one sister. A funeral will be held at 1030 a.m. on Tuesday, June 17, 2008 at Moser Funeral Home, Inc. Warrenton Va., 20186.
