Thomas Snow having obtained an attachment against the estate of Samuel Watkins, and John Currie, Constable of this County having returned that he had executed the said attachment on the one rifle gun of the estate of the said Samuel Watkins, and the said Samuel Watkins did not appear, whereupon the said Thomas Snow made oath that the sum of 1 £ 11 shilling:; and 3 pence was justly due to him from the said Samuel.
