Could his name have possibly been John Thomas or Thomas John Roach? I have a marriage of Sarah Bales to a John Roach, Madison County Sept 28, 1817. I am at a standstill with my line. I have Sarah "Sally" Bowles/Bales who was born about 1805. She had the following children. Thomas Roach, Anderson Roach, Arminia, Susan. One of the girls lists her father as Thomas Roach when she married. Susan married David Goosey in Estill County 1844. They divorced and she remarried to William J. Smallwood in 1854. David remarried also...to her sister Arminia October 28, 1854. Thomas married Mary Ann Pebworth. Anderson was married twice...first to Katherine Tucker Nov. 1, 1849...then to Margaret Combs Nov 1, 1875. Any help with this line would be greatly appreciated...Debbie
