Hi, I've just gotten into this genealogy and found out that I'm related to John Bowles and Millie Pate. Emmaline Brown married Joseph G. Brown. He had a son named Lee. Lee only had one grandchild, my father, Ernest Gilmore Garrison. I am his eldest daughter. My father was born in Uvalde and grew up in the Brown home there. I am not aware of a DNA project, but would be interested in what that's about. I'm also looking for more info on Joseph G. Brown, if you might know anything.
