    1. Re: DNA
    2. I am Robert Collett and I have been trying to get information on my grandmother, Martha C. Bowles b. 1860 and was married to my grandfather, ("Logging") John Collett. Martha was born in what was then Harlan County, Kentucky. With the creation of Bell County, Kentucky, that part of Harlan where she was born became a part of Bell County, Ky. I could send the information I have on Martha's ancestors if it were relevant. I have had excellent luck in confirming or proving the link between my grandfather, John Collett and his probable ancestors by using DNA testing. 3. Robert, please do tell us about Martha C. Bowles. When and where she married, who her siblings were, who they married, what counties they all lived in, who her children were---anything you have might be very important to our other members.
