My grandfather was Otis Wallace Ray. I have been searching for him for years. I found an Otis W. Ray that died in Tulare, CA about 1958 - mother's maiden name was Bowles. Not sure if this is MY Otis Ray, but need help to verify. I am looking for a "Bowles" daughter in Oklahoma that married a "Ray" sometime in about 1910...they had at least 3 children including Kathryn and Otis. My mom is now 72 and has not had information about her father or his family since she was 16. I want to bring her past as a gift so she can have some peace. Any ideas out there?
