Undivided 1/2 interest in a tract of land near Glasgow on the Glasgow Junction Road. Location: N side of the Bolinggreen (Glasgow Junction) road ... John SMITH's corner; David ESSES' corner, stake in Geo SEARCE's line; DICKEY's line; Armisted LEWIS corner. Land was conveyed to BOTTS by W. M. COCKERILL, Master Commissioner, Deed Book 21, p. 28. 21 Mar 1887. BOTTS, W H to MYERS, William R. - exchanging land in Glasgow - 2 small pieces. Location was near the Columbia Road, mentions a church line. BOWLES, H T agrees to permit B K NUCHOLS to have placed on BOWLES' land stock scales for weighing stock & BOWLES to have charge of and attend to the operation of the scales. NUCKOLS [spelled both ways} may remove scales at any time, land to stay with BOWLES. 8 Nov 1898. BOWLES, J C (often spelled BOWELS) to PROCTOR, L. J., Trustee. BOWLES lived in Glasgow Junction [Park City] and received from his wife, Sarah T. BOWLES $1500, which I received from the estate of G? M GRAY, the father of his wife about the year 1878. It was agreed between myself and wife that the sum received by me belonged to her as her separate estate and was to be invested in her name for her use and benefit. He failed to do this. So to invest the sum until the present time, I am now willing to secure to my wife $1500 with interest since 1878 in real and personal estate owned by me. Agreement between BOWLES and Larkin J. PROCTOR as Trustee. Involved lots 51, 52 & 53 purchased by BOWLES from James WEST who purchased them from Louisa GREENWALD. He (BOWLES) authorized the sale of lots to his wife including his stock of groceries & liquors on hand at his grocery & saloon in Glasgow Junction.
