Dear Leathel- Here is another Bowles-Jarvis marriage. My Greatgrandfather was John Brown Bowles, son of Thomas T. Bowles and Mary M. "Polly" Brown, married Margaret Ellen Jarvis. They were married 20 November 1864. Margaret was born 14 March 1848. She was the daughter of Pinckney Jarvis and Catherine "Kitty Ann" Gassaway. Anyone have any additional information on the Margaret Jarvis that married William Franklin 23 September 1849.
