For example, participant #31654 can trace back to Alexander Hamilton Bowles who was born about 1793 in Virginia and is in Henry County VA later in life. As my family DNA shows a total lack of matches, I would also encourage any Bowles from England to participate as well .mine seems to be the only one of our line in America. This is not surprising to us, we expected that, but all the same ,any Bowles originating from England or France are urged to participate! Thank you R. Sir, I have a Sarah Bowles b: ca 1775 m: a John Hicks b:ca 1754 d:28 Oct 1837. If anybody comes up with a link to these people I could tie in a bunch of Bowles and Hicks.
