Cissell Zacharia Cissell who married an Ann Clarke Now I have Valentine Hefner married to Priscilla Burch on 18 Jan 1808 Nelson County, KY daughter of Walter Burch and Teresa Hagan So If I look at will of Thomas Howard son of Edward Howard if he is referring to his niece Mary Cissell, was she the same Mary Cissell who married Charles Howard son of John Baptist Howard? I have Henry Burch married to Teresa Parker Charles Howard who married Mary Cisell married on 22 Dec 1796 Nelson County, Ky so if Thomas Howard was referring to same Mary Cissell then why would he not address her as Mary Cisell (Howard) What other Mary Cissell could he be referring to? Did Edward Howard marry a Burch or did John Baptist Cissell marry a Burch as either one of his wives? There is a clue we just have not figured out yet that could open this up more on mystery of Howard's from st. Mary's County, Maryland who went to Nelson or Washington County, KY Perhaps Linda can give us another one of her revelations such as John Baptist Howard marrying Elizabeth Johnson which put in place several children of David Johnson and who they married.
