The first thing I'm going to point out is Edwards wife was name Isabel ( look in his will). Next Edward, John and Simon were brothers. Simon Bowles and Elizabeth Bowles (servants)were husband and wife.Simon and Elizabeth had a daughter Rebecca Bowles that married James Tyler. James Tyler and Rebecca had 3 sons; Bowles Tyler, James Tyler and John Tyler.Elizabeth married a Young after Simon died. I believe Nichlas Young? George Newman was Margery Battin's son in law. Edward, John, and Simon are sons of John Bowles that made Will 1664 in Elizabeth City Co, VA giving all his land to his son John. John had other sons including Henry Bowles with Anne Southall, whom he was married to when he died in 1664. I'm going to stop here for now.
