Reba STEEN Reba Steen daughter of John Franklin and Susie Burnett Keeter was born May 2, 1912 in Whitmire community, died Aug. 14, 2002 in Tulsa, OK. Reba married Roscoe Steen on July 27, 1929. Preceded in death by her parents, her husband, brothers Tom, Roscoe, Elco and Cecil Keeter; sister Delphia Goodwin. Survived by brother William Keeter; sisters Alma Hubbard and Geraldine Butler.
