This Thomas Howard married Ann Gough daughter of Peter Gough and Eleanor Bowles. This Thomas Howard was born abt 1740 and died about 1810 in Nelson County, KY. So is Thomas of the early Nelson Co Tithables her husband or is he of the Md Howards????
