A funeral service will be held at Fair Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Ridgeview Memorial Gardens. Mr. Marshall was born September 14, 1920, in Stokes County, N.C., son of the late William Luther and Nellie Dunovant Marshall. He was a World War II Army veteran and a retiree from Fieldcrest Mills. Surviving are his brother, Pete Marshall; and four sisters, Polly Bowls, Virginia Knight, Nancy Martin, and Judy Carroll.
