I do see that the 1820 & 1830 census lists an Ithamar Chamberlain, Jr. who lived in Dummerston, Windham Co., VT, who might be related. His genealogy is listed in my records here - he was born 6 Jul 1783, Chesterfield, Cheshire Co., New Hampshire, and died there in Dummerston, 13 Jun 1859. He had a sister named Polly who was born c1782, but she married Lemuel Bowles, so I presume that your Polly probably isn't a sibling in this family, though, judging by her age, she definitely could be. A sister was Anna Chamberlain, who married Samuel Dutton of Dummerston, 19 Jun 1810, and a brother was Benjamin, who married Resina Amsden in 1807 in Dummerston, so these are other Dummerston connections for this particular ! family. Ithamar Jr. was 1 of 7 known children of Ithamar(4) Chamberlain Sr. and his wife Hepsabah Farr, with his ancestry listed as Benjamin(3), Joseph(2), Richard(1). Since you do know Polly's birth and marriage dates, local & state vital records should be checked, if you have not already done so.
