My Charles died in 1958 in Portland, Or. Birth name was Charles Augustine Hasson, adopted by Edward and Mary Bowers of Cameron, Co PA. He married Bertha Mae Worthington in Portland, OR. They had one son, my father Howard Edward Bowers. Sounds like a different Bowers family. Sorry I can’t help.
