So I will not bore you with that again. Let me just add to the list. The will of John Bowers who is though to be the father of Adam, Samuel, Abraham "Abram" and Margaret Bowers. It is believed that John Bowers died somewhere between Oct. 18, 1848 and Jan. 1, 1949. The will was written in Franklin County, TN, he directs equally divided between his wife Sina Bowers and his children. To pay Adaline Brown and a daughter Margaret wife of Abraham Custer $150.00. Margaret is the only child listed in the will. Sina is believe to be Sabina Catherine Gross. Adam & Susannah's son William J. had a son that was named Frank Gross Bowers.
