Does anyone have information on a George Bowers born April 09, 1850 in Hagerstown, Maryland. I have called the birth records office and had a representative from the records office call back and tell me that the date 1850 would not be in the archives. Any info would be great. Hi Robert, While I can't answer your question re: Maryland's records, I do wonder if you've tried looking at church records? Perhaps you can find a baptism or christening date from them.
