Alexander married Leora Randolph Townes Marriage record: Authorized 3/4/ 1861; marriage: 3/6/1861 Yaloubusha Co., Book C Pg 162 Alexander & wife evidently moved to Shelby Co., TN (Memphis) later (at least by 1872). This info was derived from a deed where his wife inherited land from her father in Yalobusha Co., MS
