I've been going though my file on VA Bowers. I was concentrating on Norfolk Co. VA since I've seen some names that are similar to mine. My gggg-grandfather Jeremiah Bowers says in 1850 census for KY (his son, my line, went to MS) he was born in VA. Where is the question. I've seen lots of notes regarding Robert Bowers and John Bowers. Has anyone looked at Bartlett Bowers, Wright Bowers, and Maximillian Bowers? I have not found much on these Bowers. I have these 3 names in the NC to TN group of mine. Any help or ideas would be appreciated. Donna
