    3. Hope you have better luck than I have in finding someone who is willing to do the DNA test. I have a similar situation and would like a second DNA test to prove, or disprove, the lineage but the only male I could find with a connection that would be of help did not seem interested, would not even respond on two different occasions but would answer other portions of my notes. This was even though I would pay the entire cost. I think there are many people who fear the DNA test as something intrusive to private information regarding their medical status. My husband's uncle was ready to do it at someone's request on his surname when his daughter got upset and upset him and he changed his mind. We thought her claims ridiculous but at that point, there was no convincing him that it was a good idea.
