Hello All I'm new to this list-don't quite know the ropes yet...I'm looking forward to 'meeting you all' : ) My query: I've a dead end re: my great grandfather: His name was Henry Wesley Bowers-Born 1895, died in Barrie, ON in 1970. His marriage certificate says that his father's name was Frank John, cowboy. There is a family story that says that his father and brother were Texas Rangers. His parents were killed in their beds during the Mexican Revolution in Texas-about 1914-16. I've not located where he was born, yet or found his mother's name. His army papers simply say Maine. Any relatives/info out there? Lily
