Nancy, I have no information on Alta Bowers, just this picture with her written on the back. My mother was from San Francisco and they summered at Bartlett Springs. I would assume that all the guests were from that area of California. I am hoping that I can share the picture. The Alta Bowers in the picture had dark hair. I also have some other pictures but there a not names them. I am in the process of changing my e-mail address so until this is done (later in the week) I cannot send the pictures.
