All I know is that Barbara Bowers was born about 1779, possibly in Virginia, married George Starkey on 14 Aug 1797, in Virginia, probably Frederick County, moved to Hocking County, Ohio with her Starkey family, and died in Benton, Hocking Co., Ohio, January 1860. I would like to find a nice family for her, but can't seem to find any takers.
