Hi everyone, I neglected to tell you..... Both the lists are now considered as 'moderated' ...which means that anything you post will come directly to me and not to the list. I'm doing this to stop any flow of traffic on the two lists so we can get them all merged. If you want to post a message, please be sure you're signed onto the [email protected] list [or the BOWER-D, if you prefer the digest]. I will alert the BOWER-L following this message that you're all coming onboard. Then, at the end of this week, we'll hold a roll call once I'm sure everyone has had a chance to read their email. If you're new to email lists or to genealogy, don't worry -- I'll explain what a roll call is when I post the message to have one. Also, I should have asked you all to send me a quick message letting me know which list you're coming off from -- there are 4 I need to watch for you all from: BAUER-L BAUER-D BOWERS-L BOWERS-D I'm watching your subscriptions coming in and have the rosters from all 4 lists. Please send me an email [[email protected]] and let me know which list you subscribed from so I can cross your name off and know you made it onboard. At the end of this week I'll manually unsubscribe everyone from their respective lists [of the 4 above] so we don't have any traffic mess-ups.
