    3. Donna, This is wonderful....maybe there is some hope that this line connects to mine. I sure wish I know a male Bower who could test! My Lemuel Bower, son of Lemuel Bower lived in Morris Co, NJ in the mid to late 1800s. I recall someone telling me that they thought another member of this family did go to NC, but proof was a bit weak, although plausible. I'll dig around to see what I know.
