    3. Dear Lynne Your story brought tears to my eyes. Personal experiences like yours are the ones which really bring home the great tragedy that is happening in America right now. Here in Australia all the tv channels have been continuously broadasting scenes from New York, Washington, etc. since it all started. We are also getting lots of information from the radio. Again the personal stories like that of an Australian who witnessed the New York incident up close and felt that he had a narrow escape gave a perspective that television cannot. We don't know how many Australians have died but no doubt there will be some and other nationalities as well. We grieve for all those who have lost their lives and sympathise with the injured and bereaved. Americans must be greatly admired for the way they are coping with this horrific incident.
