Hi family, Thanks to cousin Glenn Geisheimer <germanic42@home.com>, the Homestead is proud to present a German birth records database dating from 1651-1905 with thousands of Bauer, Baur, etc. names. Parents are included in the records. The birth records online tonight total 17,726 for a total of nearly 40,000 individuals. There are NO Bower or Bowers spellings. I have broken the database down into 26 files to keep the size down but they are still HUGE! Please expect to wait for each selected file to load. You'll find the data base in the vital records section (in the main hallway) at Bower Family Homestead <http://bowercommunity.com/homestead>. I'm also working on three more databases for Germany - * marriages 1651-1901 (another large one, with 9,452 marriages naming nearly 19,000 individuals) * medieval births (1535-1650) * medieval marriages (1651-1901) We can all thank Glenn for these works. He's added a great, great deal of data to our home and I know many of us are going to benefit from it. Thank you so much Glenn, for your generosity toward all of us.
