Hi, I believe my GGGrandmother(Bowers is also related to the Bowers in Canton as she' no first name, maybe Alice?) was my Moms Grandma, but also one of the Bowers (Inez, or Ines) married a Barber) which was my maiden name. My mother remembers going to a Bowers reunion in 1935 in Fayette county, PA at one of these Bower's home. At that time, the town was called Ada, PA, but don't believe that town exists any longer. There are a few cemeteries on line with some of these Bowers in them, Brier Hill Cemetery and a few others in Fayette County, PA. Canton cousins might want to check them out to see if any kin folks made their last stop at these cemeteries. I'm also at a "cement wall" on my Bowers side, but without a first name, 'tis hard to find much out, but GGGrandma married a Minehart (Fredrich) and not sure if Iness or Inez was maybe her sister?
