Still looking for someone missing a BOWER son named John, born in Germany 4-25-1833. Other than that he married a Catherine, b. 3-23-1840 I have no info on him. To my guessing he was in Canada before 1858 as I was told all the children were born in Cananda. In letters I have there is no mention of any siblings or parents for him (or her). One of those "dropped from Mars" families. His death certificate lists only that he was born in Germany, no parents.
