Hi: I'm new to this but really enjoy visiting the Bower Homestead site. I am seeking ascendants of my father, Robert William Jack Bower born in Lowestoft,Suffolk, England, 1919. Immigrated to Canada in 1927. His father was Robert Archibald Ainsworth Bower, born Jan 7, 1892 in Bradford, Yorkshire, England; died in England approx. 1975. Parents Thomas Bower and Annie Fayette(?), brothers Thomas and Jack, sisters Gertie and Ann. I have pretty well scoured the GENUKI website which is chock full of information on England. I am looking forward to getting my hands on a copy of the 1901 census in England. Matthias ENDI Catharine (b. c. 1777) Albrecht Jr. & Maria KNAB had a daughter, Augustina BOWER, born 13 Jan 1798, and a son, Samuel BOWER (1799-1868) who married Elizabeth BRUNGART (1831-1904).
