That is my problem I do not know where anyone were born just Ohio. My only chance to find anyone is if some of you cousins are missing a link or know of my grandfather's story. Barbara, Have you found James Madison Bower in the Ohio 1900 census? If b. 1884, James would be 16 and perhaps still in parents house...i.e., you'd be looking for William & Delenia with children hopefully including James Madison in 1900. Or what about 1880 census before William married? Have you had no luck with Ohio census records? I probably missed your details in the past as to your brick wall. Were they adopted at some point?
