Hi family, I've been receiving an awful lot of {not a subscriber} messages from people trying to submit a roll call message. I need to remind you all that you MUST use the same email address you joined us with. Rootsweb's servers look for that exact address and if the servers can't find it, your message is bounced out of the system to me with a {not a subscriber} heading the subject line. I'm the only one who sees your message :( when what you really want is for the entire family to see it. If you submitted a message in the last two days and haven't seen it come out on the list, please presume it bounced as {not a subscriber} and resend your message using the CORRECT email address.
