We use FTM & the Genealogy Library and didn't realize we even had the access rights to Genealogy Library for a year (ah DUH!) we then found out that we had problems accessing it. A month ago we contacted FTM & told them of our problem, they Not only answered their phones BUT they were helpful & gave us 2 more years at no additional charge.....Frank
