Cousins Amen to no dumb questions about genealogy. Believe me I know. That so-called dumb question, just might tweak a hiding spot of memory in someones mind and make them dig into that pile of forgotten papers on the shelf of unused goodies. I have found at least one cousin with a wealth of info not directly connected-- sort of a half cousin. And we learned a lot from each other. SO----bring on the "dumb" questions.
