Charles Bowen was born in 1799 PA. In 1817 he was listed alone in the orphan's court records of Luzerne Co., PA. It did not mention any parents, of course. He married Susanna Dickinson ca 1824. He died 1847 in Wyoming Co., PA and is buried in Old Vosburg Cemetery, Tunkhanock, PA. After his death, his wife and children moved to IN. Does anyone have a clue as to his parents?
