My husband has Adam Bowen born about 1783 in Washington County, Pa and died before 1870 in Lawrence County, Ky. He married Mary Wooten and had four children - Mary, Henry, Daniel (born May 1820) and Matilda. Matilda born 1814 in Floyd County, Ky and died 1876 in Lawrence County, Ky. She married William Pack born 1811 in Giles County, VA and died 1853 in Lawrence County, Ky. The Pack family married into the Hensley family. Probably not related to your Bowen/Hensley family, but you never know.
