Hello, I need ANY information on Caroline and Allen Bowen. Both of mixed race (mulatto). They lived in Pickens county SC.  I will list all the info I have below. thank you for your time. Jamie N. Aiken   Allen Bowen Birth 1793 Death April 12 1876   Caroline Bowen (Unknown maiden name) Birth 1816 Death December 31 1892   Both Caroline and Allen are buried at a Caucasian church beside several other Bowen's. The other Bowen's are white leaders and founders of Pickens county. I have concluded that either Caroline or Allen or both were slaves of the Bowen family. I have just reached the "Brick Wall" with these two. Any help would be great!
