For me the day is half over whereas for most of you it is just beginning. Clare, it is going to be quite a busy day for you with all those exciting guests expected. If you don't mind I would love it if you could find out the name of Deborah Elizabeth's mother. That census where she is found living with her son Lewis is quite confusing. Her mother being born in France and her father being born at sea. No one seems to be addressing the latter fact as that would mean Eliphalet was born at sea or perhaps he his her grandfather Have a wonderful and exciting day! Elizabeth.
I agree that Elizabeth Deborah seems to have been overlooked. Perhaps we should make it our 'goal' to find out about her parents, OK? I found another branch of the family decended from Amos Bowen, Emory's brother, in Western Michigan on WorldConnect project of Rootsweb, but I want to verify some their dates before I contact them. After all of our invitations, none of the relatives showed up! How is Brussels? What a wonderful place to spend Thanksgiving, although I realize they don't celebrate the date.
