Seeking information on my aunt, one Juanita Lee Bowen, born in Wilmington , Delaware on 13 Dec 1940. Her father was Roland Bowen. Her mother was Mary Hanna. Juanita was voluntarily placed with the State of Delaware foster care system when she was just a few months old. I was told she died in a car accident as a teenager in Wilmington. I can find no records to confirm or deny this! None! I wonder if she was adopted!?! Could she be alive? Can anyone help solve this mystery? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
