Author: jmiller1276 Surnames: Classification: queries Message Board URL: http://boards.rootsweb.com/surnames.bowe/357/mb.ashx Message Board Post: While researching my "brick wall" ancestor John L Brewster who died in Stockbridge, Calumet County in 1868 I discovered that one of his granddaughters (Mina Jane Weeks, daughter of Mary Jane Brewster and Thomas Weeks) married a Henry Bowe born 1866 in Oakfield, Fond du Lac WI. I strongly suspect that there are still descendants in the area, and perhaps they may have some details of family history that have been lost to my line.
